The problem
Fernando Magela sells investment studios in São Paulo, competing for attention with names like Cyrela and Eztec. The challenge wasn't aesthetics — it was credibility. He needed a presence that felt institutional, not a property catalog.
The positioning
Before the design, the message. I repositioned the communication around a single promise — “your partner in great deals” — and the right audience: the investor, not the first-home buyer. Every section filters for that profile.
The design
Sophisticated dark, editorial typography, navigation that breathes. The aesthetic communicates wealth and seriousness before the first word. Deep blue as anchor, generous space, zero noise.
The conversion
Real cases with numbers (30% to 80% appreciation), 13 regions each with its own thesis, social proof citing the competitors the investor already knows. Everything pushes toward one action: the WhatsApp conversation.
The result
Site live, indexed, with SEO and Open Graph configured, legal pages, and a consistent identity — a presence that holds up high-ticket negotiations.
